NAI servers do not tend to sync with other servers. If the two servers to w=
hich
you are referring are certserver.pgp.com and pgpkeys.mit.edu (*not*
pgp.mit.edu or [pgp,pgp5].ai.mit.edu), then they are the same server. I thi=
nk
the reason they do not sync is because NAI servers 1) do not pervert keys a=
nd
2) do not accept type 20 keys. If you'd like your key added quickly, you can
use 'cat key.asc | mailx -s "ADD" -c "<pgp-public-keys@keys.pgp.net>"
