Yashy's great crypto page with a www-based security check If you ever wanted to have an extremely secure PGP public key then you can generate it with this PGP version (DOS-RSA) - it supports key sizes up to 4096 bits!
Gnu Privacy Guard (GPG) - a free OpenPGP implementation which is compatible to PGP (use the IDEA module which is mirrored here). For PGP 2.6.x decryption and compatibility to older PGP versions usage of the option --force-v3-sigs is recommended.
A sample configuration file can be downloaded here.
Scramdisk - A free and very fast on-the-fly disk encryption system which is able to process container files and even completely encrypted formatted media! It uses extremely secure algorithms like IDEA and Blowfish and many others!! - the old site's intro page and Win-NT/2000 download section points to its commercial successor DriveCrypt.
PGP Envelope - perhaps the only way to get a comfortable integration of PGP 5.0i (or GnuPG) and Pine under Linux and unix-like OSes - the alternative to this without a graphical interface might be Mutt + PGP5.0i/GPG (which only creates PGP-Mime messages so they can't be processed by some e-mail clients).
